Return and Refund Policy.
We will be addressing 'us/we' as the 'seller' and 'you' as the 'buyer'.
Unexchangeable/refundable Item:
- If defected item is not caused by the seller, and it is caused by other source or receiver, we will not be compensating the buyer.
- Discounted Item is not allowed to be exchanged or refunded.
- Promotion Item is not allowed to be exchanged or refunded.
- If item is defected but was truthfully informed to the buyer, and buyer accepted the risks of purchasing, item will also not be allowed to be refunded or exchanged.
- All items without receipt is not refundable.
- All items without receipt code is not refundable.
- If both parties agree to exchange, seller have the right to not to send out the new item to buyer unless seller receives the faulty or defected item which was discussed earlier. And if seller received the wrong product or incorrect item, seller have the right to not sending it back to the buyer unless buyer is willing to spend an amount for the mailing fees required.
- Only item at the same price is exchangeable.
- If item at the same price is no longer instocked and buyer is not willing to wait for the new coming stock, we will be compensating by refunding (Please take a look at the lower part of the page).
Method of exchanging:
Dolly Accessoire ONLY covers:
$1.00 and Above for Normal Mailings
$20.00 and Above for Registered Mailings
(However Dolly Accessoire does not covers buyer's mailing fees)

Discount on your next purchase
Deduct the price from your next purchase
Refunding by bank transfer.
Refunding by concealed mail (at your own risk)
